The brand system leans on bold typography and vibrant accents that reflect the artistic, lived-in spirit of Commercial Drive, while maintaining the clarity and confidence expected in a real estate project.
On the digital side, we designed and developed a seamless website experience that balances storytelling with utility. Visitors are drawn into the atmosphere of the neighbourhood while easily navigating floorplans, amenities, and leasing information.
